Sales Negotiator
Location: East London (Shoreditch)
Salary: £25,000 Basic Salary / £50,000 OTE

A well established, boutique estate agency in East London is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. Known for a personal, non "numbers game" approach to property, this is an agency that prioritises understanding what genuinely matters to its buyers and sellers over churning out endless viewings.

The role

You'll manage the sales process from valuation through to completion, building genuine relationships with vendors and applicants rather than working a high volume, low touch pipeline. Expect to:

• Register applicants and match them thoughtfully to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct viewings across a portfolio of high value residential property
• Progress offers and negotiate between buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, applicants and solicitors
• Contribute to valuations and stock generation alongside senior team members
• Represent the business with the professionalism and attention to detail its reputation is built on

What they're looking for

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, ideally within London
• A genuine passion for property and for getting the detail right, not just the deal
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• A polished, personable manner suited to a high value, service led agency
• Self motivated, organised and comfortable working towards targets
