Graduate Property Consultant (up to £38k + Benefits)

Are you a bright, commercially minded graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in property?

You don't need years of experience. You do need curiosity, ambition, confidence and a genuine interest in the property industry.

We're working with an established residential developer in Bracknell looking for someone with the potential to become a strong property professional.

This could suit a graduate or someone with around 6-18 months' experience in sales, customer service, housing, property or another customer-facing environment who is now looking for direction and the opportunity to progress.

You'll get genuine exposure to the residential sales process - working with customers, managing transactions and learning how new homes sales work from the inside.

You'll build experience that can give you a long-term career across new homes, housing, development and residential sales.

And you'll do it without the traditional estate agency lifestyle.

• £38,500 basic salary
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• No Sunday working
• Only occasional Saturday cover
• No commission structure
• 12-month FTC with a view to permanent

What will you be doing?

You'll be a key point of contact for customers buying a new home, guiding them through the process and making sure their purchase progresses smoothly.

You'll:

• Handle customer enquiries and arrange property viewings
• Understand customers' requirements and advise on suitable options
• Manage applications and reservations
• Keep customers updated throughout their purchase
• Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams
• Manage documentation and administration
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service

You'll be supported while you learn. You don't need to know everything about new homes or shared ownership on day one.

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who are early in their career but serious about where they're going.

You might be a recent graduate, or have 6-18 months' experience behind you.

You'll ideally be:

• Genuinely interested in property and the residential sector
• Commercially minded and curious
• A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
• Organised and detail-focused
• Quick to learn and comfortable taking responsibility
• Proactive, resilient and driven to get things done
• Looking for a career rather than simply another job

Property experience is helpful, but potential matters more.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates local to Bracknell, Reading and the surrounding area, including recent graduates from Reading University.
