There may also be opportunities for permanent positions on upcoming developments with the business.<ul><li>Start: 24th September </li><li>Duration: 1 month initially, with potential to extend</li><li>Hours: 10am-5pm, 5 days per week</li><li>Days off: Tuesday &amp; Wednesday</li><li>Location: Billericay, Essex</li><li>Pay: £14 - £16 per hour + holiday pay</li><li>Experience: Previous New Homes Sales experience is essential</li><li>Role: Selling homes, managing enquiries, following up leads and providing excellent customer service</li><li>Working: Primarily lone working, with support from the wider team and estate agent</li></ul>This is an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a successful property business, secure some immediate New Homes work and potentially move into a longer-term or permanent role as further developments come forward.
