We're working with a highly regarded residential developer on an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a prestigious, multi-phase development in West London.

Start: ASAP
Location: West London
Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Contract: Temp to January, with potential to go permanent after January
Day rate: Equivalent to £30,000-£32,000

The Development

• Major, long-term residential development

• Development programme running through to 2030+

• Sales already underway with strong buyer activity

• New marketing suite currently being prepared

• Further development sites in the pipeline with the same developer

The Role

You'll be the key person on site, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the sales environment.

• Conducting viewings with prospective purchasers

• Managing enquiries and following up leads

• Progressing sales and maintaining strong buyer relationships

• Welcoming visitors and providing a premium customer experience

• Keeping show homes presented to an exceptional standard

• Ensuring brochures and marketing materials are fully stocked

• Managing appointments and general site activity

• Liaising with the Sales Lead, construction team and wider stakeholders

• Supporting the launch of the new marketing suite

• Taking ownership of the site and working confidently on your own

About You

We're looking for a switched-on, proactive Sales Executive who enjoys being hands-on.

• Residential sales experience essential

• New homes or estate agency background preferred

• Confident conducting viewings

• Commercially minded and sales focused

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Professional and confident dealing with purchasers and contractors

Temp to Perm | Long-Term Opportunity

• Initially a temporary role through to January

• Day rate equivalent to £30,000-£32,000

• Site has a development programme running through 2030+

• Strong potential for long-term stability and progression
