Looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant role where you can genuinely take ownership, rather than being one of a large team?

We're looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor / Property Sales Consultant to take full ownership of an attractive 14-home development in Charlbury, Oxfordshire.

You'll be the main sales contact on site, managing buyers from initial enquiry through viewing, negotiation and reservation, right through to exchange and completion.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally be an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant, New Homes Sales Advisor, Estate Agent, Senior Sales Negotiator or Residential Property Sales professional with a proven track record of selling and progressing property transactions.

You need to be confident with:

• Qualifying and converting buyer enquiries

• Conducting viewings

• Negotiating and closing sales

• Securing reservations

• Sales progression through to exchange and completion

• Managing buyers and stakeholders independently

Commercial, proactive and self-motivated is essential. We want someone who takes ownership rather than waits to be managed.

One important point

This is a single-site role specifically focused on selling the 14 homes. The position will run through the development's sales lifecycle and conclude once the site sells out; a contract project ideal for someone seeking a new challenge between roles.
