If you're an experienced Estate Agent, New Homes Sales Advisor, Sales Negotiator or Property Sales professional and you're ready for a better balance without walking away from property, this could be your next move.

We're looking for someone to join as established housing association as a Shared Ownership Sales Advisor.

THE PACKAGE

* Up to £38,500 basic salary
* Monday-Friday, 37 hours
* Generally 9am-5pm
* Saturday working only when required
* No Sunday working
* 12-month contract with potential to become permanent
* Comprehensive training and onboarding
* Flexible working once established
* Genuine opportunities to progress across a large housing association

THE ROLE

You'll manage your own customers and sales pipeline, from initial enquiry and viewing through to reservation, exchange and completion.

You'll be responsible for:

* Customer enquiries and property viewings
* Understanding customer needs and explaining Shared Ownership
* Managing applications and reservations
* Sales progression through to completion
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams
* Keeping customers informed and transactions moving
* Managing your CRM and sales pipeline
