Community Host | Build to Rent | Bristol 🏙️

I'm currently working with a leading UK residential property manager on the search for a Community Host to be the face of one of their Build to Rent communities in Bristol.

If you have a leasing background and love creating a great resident experience, this could be a great fit.

The role:
✅ Managing leasing enquiries, conducting viewings and completing viewing feedback notes
✅ Carrying out up to three prospect follow-ups per enquiry
✅ Chasing outstanding application documentation
✅ Sending RentCafe invitations and supporting applicants through the application process
✅ Coordinating move-ins, inductions and resident tours
✅ Managing move-outs, completing inventory inspections and handling deposit return administration
✅ Responding to resident emails and face-to-face queries
✅ Completing two parcel audits daily
✅ Supporting the delivery of 24 resident events per year
✅ Managing Rightmove advertising and Metricool marketing campaigns

What my client is looking for:
🔹 Previous leasing experience, ideally within Build to Rent (BTR)
🔹 Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations
🔹 Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
🔹 Confidence with Microsoft Office and property or booking systems
🔹 ARLA or BTR TPI Level 2 (desirable)
🔹 First Aid, Health & Safety and Manual Handling qualifications (desirable)

The set-up: Site based in Bristol, on either a 4 on / 4 off rota (12-hour shifts) or 5 days over 7. You'll be part of a team led by a Community Host Manager or Assistant General Manager.
