Resident Services Associate | Temp, Immediate Start | Sheffield

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Build-to-Rent operator, for a Resident Services Associate to join their on-site team at a premium residential development in Sheffield city centre.

This is a temporary role starting ASAP. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of a building and can hit the ground running.

Location: Sheffield city centre
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover for events and viewings

The role

You'll be the main point of contact for residents, guests and contractors, combining front-of-house hosting, leasing support and day-to-day building coordination. Your day-to-day will include:

Resident relations and community

• Providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk for residents, visitors, deliveries and contractors
• Onboarding new residents, including delivering home demonstrations
• Handling resident queries and requests promptly through the Resident App ticketing system
• Helping to organise and host community events such as resident socials, movie nights and welcome evenings
• Resolving resident concerns fairly and professionally

Leasing support

• Following up new enquiries and matching prospective residents to available apartments
• Arranging and conducting viewings and development tours
• Supporting renewals and resident retention

About you

• Previous experience in residential lettings, BTR, hospitality, concierge or customer service (BTR experience is a real advantage)
• A confident, friendly communicator with great attention to detail
• Comfortable using property management systems and resident apps
• Organised and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start immediately
• Full right to work in the UK
