I'm currently working with a residential developer in North London who are looking to add an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to their team.

💰 Up to £38,000 basic + commission on top
📍 North London
🏗️ Developer / New Homes experience essential

We're open to speaking with both Sales Executives and more senior candidates, depending on experience.

You'll be working across a new homes development, managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, while delivering a strong customer experience and hitting sales targets.

We're looking for:
* Previous New Homes / developer experience
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Confident managing buyers through the full sales journey
* Target-driven and commercially minded
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
