🏡 NEW HOMES SALES EXECUTIVE | HERTFORDSHIRE

I'm working with a well-established residential developer in Hertfordshire who are looking to add an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to their team.

💰 Up to £34,000 basic + commission
📍 Hertfordshire
🏗️ New Homes / developer experience preferred

We're looking for someone confident managing buyers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.

The ideal candidate:
* Previous New Homes / property sales experience
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Confident working towards targets
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Commercially driven and proactive
* Comfortable managing the full sales process

This could suit an experienced Sales Executive, or someone with stronger experience who is looking for their next opportunity within a developer.
