I'm currently working with a residential developer in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team.

💰 Up to £34,000 basic + commission
📍 Cambridge
🏗️ New Homes / developer experience required

We're looking for someone who is confident managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, while delivering a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous New Homes / developer sales experience
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Experience working towards targets
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, commercially driven approach
* Confidence managing buyers throughout the full sales journey

We're open to speaking with experienced Sales Executives, as well as candidates ready to take the next step in their New Homes career.
