Senior Technical Manager

London | £90,000 - £110,000

I'm working with a major residential developer who are building out their London technical team ahead of a significant new development.

This is a senior role within the project team, overseeing the technical delivery across a large, multi-phase residential scheme of 1,500+ homes, alongside extensive public realm, a large park and community spaces.

The initial focus will be on Phase 1 and the Gateway process, working through the technical and design requirements as the project moves into Stage 3 and beyond. You'll have responsibility for coordinating a team of Design Managers and providing technical direction across the wider development.

The role will suit someone who has operated at Senior Technical Manager / Technical Director level on large-scale residential developments and is comfortable managing both people and complex technical interfaces.

The role:

• Senior technical lead across a major multi-phase residential development
• Initial responsibility for Phase 1 and Gateway applications
• Overseeing 1,500+ residential units alongside significant external works and community infrastructure
• Managing and developing a team of Design Managers
• Leading consultant and design team coordination through Stage 3 onwards
• Working closely with development, construction and commercial teams
• Providing technical oversight across the wider masterplan

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000
