Technical Manager

London | £70,000 - £85,000

I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join the London team of a major residential developer, working on a large-scale new development as it moves into Stage 3 design.

You'll take ownership of the technical side of three residential blocks, coordinating the design team and ensuring the project is progressing from design through to delivery with the right technical information in place.

It's a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail but still wants responsibility for a substantial part of a wider development.

You'll be involved in:

• Managing the technical delivery of three residential blocks
• Coordinating architects, consultants and specialist design teams
• Reviewing and managing design information through Stage 3 onwards
• Working closely with the wider technical and development teams
• Identifying and resolving technical issues as the scheme progresses
• Supporting the project through Gateway and into construction
• Managing technical programmes and ensuring key design information is delivered on time

I'm looking for someone with a strong residential technical background, ideally from a developer or main contractor, who is used to working on large-scale schemes and coordinating multiple consultants.

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
