MEP Design Manager

I'm recruiting for an MEP Design Manager to join a growing technical team working on a major new residential development in London.

The project is moving into Stage 3 design early next year, so this is a chance to join at a fairly early point and take ownership of the MEP design as the scheme develops.

You'll work across the residential elements of the development, coordinating the MEP consultants and ensuring the services design is properly integrated with the wider architectural and structural design.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the MEP design process from Stage 3 onwards
• Managing MEP consultants and specialist design teams
• Coordinating services design with architectural and structural packages
• Reviewing design information and ensuring it meets project requirements
• Supporting Gateway applications and technical approvals
• Working closely with the wider Technical and Design Management teams
• Identifying design issues and driving them through to resolution
• Supporting the project through detailed design and into construction

I'm open to backgrounds across developer, main contractor or consultancy, provided you have strong experience managing MEP design on large-scale residential projects.
