Regional Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Split between West London Head Office, Central London office and site based
Salary: Up to £80k basic + package (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday

About the opportunity

An award-winning residential developer is seeking a Regional Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing across multiple developments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee regional marketing teams and make sure every campaign is aligned, commercially effective and delivered to a consistently high standard.

You will sit at the centre of regional marketing as the senior point of contact for every initiative. You will have genuine influence over strategy rather than simply delivering it. Developments range from 50 to 500 homes on prime sites, which brings real variety and scale. You will also work with PR agencies on media opportunities and award submissions, helping to raise the profile of a highly respected brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with wider business objectives
• Lead, coach and develop regional marketing team members, overseeing workload and output
• Coordinate regional activity so campaigns and launches complement rather than duplicate one another
• Review and approve key materials, from brochures and signage to digital communications
• Guide teams in briefing and managing external agencies
• Align marketing with sales objectives alongside Project Sales Managers and the Regional Sales Manager
• Lead regional reporting, including PPC and digital performance, to inform strategic decisions
• Oversee regional budgets, ensuring spend delivers strong return on investment

Requirements

• Significant marketing experience within the property industry
• Proven track record in marketing strategy and overseeing multi-site or regional activity
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in reporting and performance optimisation
• Commercial awareness, including budget and ROI management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams effectively
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate
