The role
As the face of the development, you'll guide buyers from first enquiry through to reservation and completion, keeping sales moving and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Managing enquiries, viewings, reservations and completions
• Building strong relationships with buyers
• Keeping CRM records and sales admin accurate
• Maintaining show home and site presentation standards
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal teams
• Achieving individual and site sales targets

What we're looking for

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency (essential)
• A confident, professional manner and excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence and your own car
• Comfortable working weekends
• Available immediately or on a short notice period
