Ready to take your customer service skills into an exciting new industry? We're recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of the UK's largest housebuilders in Harrow. This is a fantastic chance to launch your career in new homes and learn from experienced sales professionals.

No property experience is needed. If you've worked in luxury retail, as cabin crew, in hospitality or in another customer-facing role, and you love delivering an excellent customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The role
As the face of the development, you'll welcome buyers and guide them through their journey to owning a new home, with full training and support from an experienced team.

• Welcoming visitors and showing them around the show home and development
• Building strong relationships with buyers and delivering first-class customer service
• Helping customers through reservation and completion, with support from the team
• Keeping CRM records and sales admin accurate
• Maintaining high show home and site presentation standards

What we're looking for

• Confident, engaging communication skills
• Strong customer service experience
• A genuine interest in property and new homes
• Motivation, ambition and a willingness to learn
• A professional, personable approach
