Lettings & Property Operations Manager, RELOCATION from London to PARIS, France
£60,000 to £75,000 per annum (Base + Bonus)
Full time permanent
Fancy swapping London for Paris?
A bespoke prime real estate agency, with more than 20 years in the Parisian market and a full service offering across sales, lettings and property management, is looking for a Lettings & Property Operations Manager to join its central Paris office.
This is a rare chance to take your London lettings experience abroad without starting from scratch. You'll join a strong, close-knit team, many of whom built their careers in London lettings. They are English speakers who know exactly how you work, so French is a bonus rather than a requirement.
Working directly alongside the EU Sales Director, you'll be at the centre of a growing prime portfolio. You'll own every letting and every property from first enquiry to final deposit return, with real scope to grow your role as the Paris business expands.
What you'll be doing
- Registering, qualifying and following up lettings enquiries, coordinating viewings and progressing deals through to completion
- Keeping the CRM, deal pipeline and reporting accurate, and keeping the Director briefed on live transactions
- Managing tenancies, renewals and deposits across a prime portfolio, including oversight of vacant properties
- Coordinating contractors, cleaners and suppliers, from sourcing quotes through to sign off and completion
- Overseeing rent collection and arrears, calculating deposit returns and preparing owner statements
- Supporting day to day finance alongside the Director and external accountant, including supplier payments, bank reconciliations and a weekly cash flow report
- Managing team timesheets and keeping records accurate for re-invoicing
What we're looking for
- A background in residential lettings, property management, client accounts or property administration, ideally within prime or high value London property
- Someone who is highly organised, numerate and exceptionally detail-oriented, and confident with spreadsheets, databases and reconciliations
- A natural finisher who takes ownership, follows things through and is comfortable chasing until the job is done
- The discretion and professionalism to handle confidential financial and personal information
- Fluent English; French is helpful but not essential
- An appetite for a fresh start in Paris and the energy to grow with an entrepreneurial business
