  • Sending out documents on time, including purchase orders, programmes and minutes
  • Managing project information such as minutes, programmes, cost reports and H&S documents

  • Talking with contractors, suppliers, clients, legal teams, landlords and consultants about project actions
  • Building tender lists with the Project Managers
  • Managing and improving the aftercare and handover process across all projects
  • Supporting on-site activity, including chasing contractors on costs and snagging
  • Learning costs and rates so you can negotiate contracts and schedules of works for M&E and FF&E
  • Learning compliance and legislation so the business and client teams always meet high safety standards and local authority and building control requirements

About You

  • A proven track record supporting the project management lifecycle on retail, hospitality and leisure interior fit-outs across the UK
  • Experience of contractor-side or client-side contracts and project management in retail, leisure or hospitality
  • A good understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation

  • A strong work ethic and a self-starter who likes solving problems
  • A clear, responsive communicator who can act quickly
  • Quick to learn, understand project requirements and build construction knowledge
  • Able to build trust and strong client relationships
  • A real passion for the industry and keen to grow your professional and technical skills
