This is an exciting scheme in one of London's most dynamic new homes markets. Further towers are already planned, so you'd be joining at the start of a development with years of selling ahead of it. It's a brand-new permanent role created as the team grows, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact and build a long-term career with a household-name developer.

The role

• Owning the sales process from first enquiry through to reservation
• Converting buyers in one of London's most competitive new-build markets
• Delivering an outstanding experience that makes the development stand out
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, including cross-selling other developments
• Bringing ideas to help the development hit its sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven new homes sales experience (essential), ideally selling apartments in London
• Excellent closing and conversion skills
• Confidence working independently in a busy, target-driven environment
• A hands-on, commercially minded approach, with a focus on selling homes rather than managing a team
• Comfortable working weekends on a rota
• Available immediately or on a short notice period

• £40,000-£42,000 basic, depending on experience
