An international real estate advisory firm is growing its valuation team and looking for a Director to lead its hotels and operational real estate valuation offering. This senior leadership role combines building and developing a strong team with advising a broad mix of new and established clients on high-profile assets across the Irish market.

What you'll bring:

• MRICS/MSCSI qualification; a finance or accountancy background is a plus
• Experience leading teams and hitting financial targets
• Strong technical knowledge of operational real estate valuation, including DCF modelling, Excel, and Argus Enterprise and Developer
• Clear, confident communication skills and a strong eye for detail
• Well organised, with the ability to manage several priorities at once
• A collaborative, relationship-focused approach

What you'll do:

• Deliver Red Book valuations for lenders, investors, developers and corporates
• Produce feasibility studies and advisory reports on new schemes
• Lead and grow the team into one of the strongest in the market
• Act as a sector specialist, including speaking at industry events
• Carry out inspections, market research and comparable analysis
• Provide sector-specific consultancy to the wider business
• Build client relationships and win new business
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and team initiatives
• Deliver against financial targets and the business plan
