Area Sales Director | South West London

Salary: £60,000 basic, OTE £125,000 to £150,000

The company

Our client is a premium estate agent that has been operating across South West London for more than 20 years. The business is well known in its markets, has a loyal customer base, and runs established teams across each of its offices.

The role

As Area Sales Director, you'll take responsibility for five offices across South West London. You'll lead the branch managers and their teams, set the direction for the area and make sure each office hits its targets. It's a senior position with real influence over how the area performs, and the earnings potential reflects that.

This opportunity is open to current Area Directors, as well as branch managers running a high-performing single office who are ready to step up.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing sales performance across five offices and holding branch managers accountable for their numbers
• Coaching and developing managers and negotiators, and building strong teams in each branch
• Recruiting to fill gaps and keep the area well staffed
• Growing market share through new instructions, valuations and local profile
• Reviewing pipeline, conversion and fee income across the area and acting on what you find
• Getting involved in high-value instructions and negotiations where your experience will make a difference
• Making sure every office delivers the level of service a premium brand is expected to offer
• Reporting on area performance to the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

• Experience as an Area Director, or as a branch manager with a proven record of running a high-performing office
• Strong knowledge of the South West London sales market
• A track record of hitting targets and building teams that deliver
• Confidence leading managers as well as negotiators
• Good commercial judgement and comfort working with numbers
• Someone people want to work for, with a hands-on approach to leadership
• A full UK driving licence (to move between offices)
