- 4 bonus opportunities per year
- 10% on renewals for as long as the tenant stays in the property
- 10% on management for the first year
- Targets and bonuses reviewed every year
Support
You won't be on your own. The current team includes two long-serving lettings professionals, with five and eleven years at the company. Both started out in core lettings before moving up, so they know the desk well and are on hand to help.
Working pattern
The office is open Monday to Friday, with no Saturday opening. You'll be expected to pick up enquiries that come in over the weekend, and occasional weekend viewings may be needed, but only when an applicant can't make any other time.
