We're working with a leading UK student accommodation provider that is looking to appoint an experienced, commercially minded Campaign Manager to join its growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive and results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership, driving projects forward and making things happen.

Our client is looking for someone who brings not only strong technical marketing expertise, but also the personality, determination and interpersonal skills to make a real impact. You'll need to be confident in your approach, tenacious when overcoming challenges and comfortable influencing stakeholders, while remaining warm, approachable and collaborative.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take a leading role in developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive student bookings, customer acquisition and brand engagement. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a small team, manage external agency relationships and play an influential role in shaping marketing activity across the business.

The Role

As Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring activity is commercially focused, creatively engaging and delivers measurable results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO, PR, partnerships and events.
  • Developing campaign strategies that support student acquisition, bookings, retention and revenue growth.
  • Taking ownership of website performance, working with external agencies to improve user experience, SEO and conversion rates.
  • Managing digital marketing activity, including paid search, paid social, display advertising and retargeting.
  • Overseeing creative development, from initial concepts and briefs through to campaign delivery.
  • Managing external digital, creative and web agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs.
  • Delivering offline marketing initiatives, including outdoor advertising, experiential campaigns, university events and brand activations.
  • Analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and reporting on ROI.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a small marketing team, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives.
  • Managing competing priorities and responding effectively to changing business needs in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

About You

We're looking for a well-rounded Campaign Manager who combines strategic thinking, creative flair and strong digital marketing expertise with a confident, engaging and determined personality.

You'll be someone who is comfortable taking the lead, challenging ideas constructively and driving activity forward, while building positive relationships with colleagues, agencies and stakeholders.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, advertising or campaign management, ideally within a consumer-focused environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful, integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience managing external agencies, campaign budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of marketing analytics, attribution and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing, developing & mentoring team members.
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business results.
  • Confidence using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and CRM or marketing automation systems.
  • Just as importantly, we're looking for somebody who is confident and credible, resilient and adaptable.
  • This is a busy, fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, responding to changing priorities and maintaining momentum without compromising quality.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business within the student accommodation sector, where marketing plays a central role in commercial success.

You'll have genuine ownership of campaign strategy and delivery, the opportunity to lead and develop a team, and the chance to work across a diverse range of digital and offline marketing channels.

It's a role that will suit someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. You'll be joining a collaborative team within a dynamic business that values initiative, fresh ideas and people who are willing to go the extra mile.
