As a team assistant you will play a central role in supporting a more senior group of administrative staff in their daily tasks. Think of yourself as a bit of a trouble shooter who will jump in and perform duties as they come up to free up the workload of the wider team.

Duties can vary, but typically include:

  • Scheduling appointments with clients

  • Organising internal team meetings

  • Sorting emails and correspondence as well as prioritising in order of importance

  • Preparing documents and electronic files

  • Data recording and management

  • Compiling notes and memos

  • Keeping track of project expenses
