deverellsmith listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK

deverellsmith, the global real estate recruitment firm and talent solutions partner, has been ranked in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK for the ninth year in a row.

This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers, which number over 500 organisations across industries and scales, and highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, as well as those that provide the best wellbeing support.

For the first time, this year's survey also highlights the Best Places to Work in seven industry sectors: Business & Management Services, Hospitality, Technology, Construction & Building Materials, Financial Services, Marketing & Advertising and Non-Profit & Charities.

Throughout the past twelve months, deverellsmith has made significant strides across essential business functions, driven by an employee engagement strategy, enhanced rewards framework and comprehensive professional development initiatives.

After nearly two decades of continuous growth by launching new solutions to the industry through deverellsmith’s sister brand, Hintel, the deverellsmith group has opened offices in the Middle East and the USA, with more office locations to be announced later in the year.

Now employing over 70 staff, deverellsmith’s commitment to creating a highly engaged working environment has attracted the very best talent in property recruitment across the globe.

Georgia Zambakides, Executive Director, “Being recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the ninth consecutive year is an achievement that makes me incredibly happy and proud.
