Exclusive breakfast roundtable hosted by Hintel and The Land Collective aims to combat diversity challenge in the sector. 

Hintel, the recruitment outsourcing partner of the deverellsmith group, is partnering with The Land Collective, an organisation which develops the next generation of diverse leaders in property and the built environment, to lead a discussion on creating sustainable talent pipelines and attracting diverse early career professionals. "The Rental Living sector is experiencing significant growth compared to its residential development counterparts, who are facing obstacles when developing due to legislation, but this expansion is highlighting a critical talent gap,” comments Sarah Hayford, CEO of The Land Collective. 

"Rather than continually drawing from the same limited talent pool, companies must develop strategies to attract, develop and retain diverse talent from early career stages.” 

The National Insurance changes are predicted to impact minimum-wage positions compared to higher-salaried roles, further impacting the pipeline of new talent entering the industry.

The event is exclusively for HR leaders in the Real Estate sector, which will facilitate an open discussion and networking with those who are facing similar challenges across the Real Estate spectrum. The event takes place on July 10th, 8 am – 10 am at City Pavilion Boardrooms.
