Residential Co-ordinator

I'm looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at a premium residential development in South London.This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a mixed-tenure scheme. You'll be central to keeping our building running smoothly and our residents happy.We're looking for someone who brings:<ul><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A strong compliance background with solid knowledge of H&amp;S procedures, PPMs and record-keeping</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent customer service skills - you'll be a visible, approachable presence for residents</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong admin skills to maintain accurate compliance and maintenance logs</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Varied maintenance experience, ideally including plumbing (NVQ Level 2 desirable)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A background in high-end residential, BTR or student accommodation</li></ul>The role is primarily Monday-Friday (40 hrs/week) with occasional weekend working when the business requires. Maintenance Operative

<h1>Purpose</h1>Manage a portfolio of private rented sector (PRS) units, acting as the primary point of contact for residents. You will manage the lettings process end-to-end across residential developments in the Peterborough area, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective tenants. Resident Services Agent A full-time, on-site role within a 472-apartment build-to-rent residential development, reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. The Role Delivering exceptional customer service and day-to-day operational excellence for residents and visitors of the development. Key Skills Required Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities. Must be proactive, well-organised, professional, and a collaborative team player with good computer literacy and an understanding of Health &amp; Safety principles. Main Responsibilities Customer Service - Welcoming residents and visitors, handling enquiries, logging incidents and deliveries, gathering feedback, assisting with move-ins and inductions, and maintaining high service standards throughout. Building Maintenance &amp; Safety - Conducting daily and weekly building inspections, coordinating cleaning and site services, managing contractor relationships, supporting residents with maintenance queries, and responding to out-of-hours emergencies. Security - Regular floor walks and security checks, reporting accidents and incidents, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and staying alert to suspicious activity. Administration - Managing petty cash, maintaining tidy communal areas, upholding confidentiality and privacy standards, and ensuring a professional personal appearance at all times.
