Laura has built a career in employer branding, marketing and internal communications across the talent space.

Beyond the day-to-day, Laura helps clients develop their employer brand and hosts market-leading events -  from intimate roundtables with industry insiders to flagship gatherings of 200+, featuring guest speakers from the Bank of England and England Cricket. She also played a key role in launching the devcast podcast.

Laura was named Recruitment Marketer of the Year two years running, holds a CMI Level 5 qualification in Managing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and sits on the advisory board for The Land Collective - an organisation dedicated to helping young people from low-economic backgrounds break into the industry.
