They're growing, and they want the right person to help shape what comes next.</p><hr class="border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5" /><h2 >The Role</h2><p >As Head of Property Management, you'll take the lead on the property management function; managing a primarily residential portfolio with a small block management element, line managing one Property Manager, and working closely with the Lettings Manager, negotiators, and accounts team.</p><p >Crucially, you'll also have a seat at the table. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced property professional to take strategic ownership of a high-value, multi-site hospitality estate at a pivotal point in the business's UK expansion.</p><p ><strong>The Role</strong></p><p >Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, performance, and development of a diverse portfolio of UK hotel assets. From capital projects and refurbishments through to compliance, financial oversight, and stakeholder management, this is a genuinely broad and commercially significant position.</p><p >Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul ><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Leading portfolio and asset management strategy to maximise ROI across the hotel estate</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Overseeing capital expenditure projects, refurbishments, and redevelopments from inception to completion</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborating with hotel operations teams to maintain asset value and ensure regulatory compliance</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Preparing and managing property budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Managing third-party contractors, consultants, and property managers</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ensuring all properties meet legal, health and safety, and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p ><strong>The Person</strong></p><p >You will be an experienced, commercially astute property professional with a proven track record in senior multi-site roles.
