This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, detail-driven administrator to join a close-knit team managing a high-quality residential portfolio across London.You will work alongside experienced Asset Managers, keeping the day to day running of the portfolio smooth, compliant and well organised. It is a varied role that will see you out visiting properties, managing tenant data, staying on top of compliance and supporting a busy property team with everything in between. The team advises across all areas of the business - from operational and investment activity through to company secretarial and regulatory requirements - and this role is central to keeping everything running smoothly.The roleYou will be responsible for managing a high volume of correspondence, documents and communications on behalf of the legal team, arranging for the execution of documents and maintaining shared inboxes. Day to day, you will create and format Word documents including contracts and cross-references, manage document control across SharePoint, prepare filings for Companies House, and maintain accurate company records and trackers. You will also collate KYC records, liaise with the head office team, coordinate meetings, assist with purchase orders and invoices, and support conveyancers with individual unit sale paperwork.This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.What we are looking forA methodical, dependable individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload under pressure.
