The Role:We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Asset Management function with a primary focus on data integrity, reporting, and analytics across a growing UK residential portfolio of across a diverse residential portfolio.This role is critical to ensuring that accurate, consistent and actionable data underpins all performance decision-making. The Role:We are seeking a Portfolio Performance Manager (Asset Manager) to drive the financial and operational performance of a growing UK residential portfolio across Build to Rent in Multi Family Homes, Single Family Homes and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. Asset Manager

This a hybrid opportunity to join one of the market leading operators in the Living sector who are growing significantly in the single family housing sector. Its a newly created position for the business where you will work with the Head of FM and H&amp;S, SFH operations, property management teams, contractors, procurement, finance and internal stakeholders, the role will manage planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance routines, remedial close-out, void and tenancy-readiness checks, contractor performance and mobilisation activity across the SFH portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, resident-focused and confident managing regional contractors and dispersed property risks. They will be able to convert standards into action, challenge incomplete evidence, escalate safety-critical issues and drive a positive safety and service culture across the SFH platform.<h2>ROLE PURPOSE </h2><ul><li>Lead FM delivery across the SFH platform, ensuring homes, estate areas and landlord-managed assets are safe, compliant, well maintained and operationally ready.</li><li>Create a repeatable SFH operating model that enables the business to absorb new homes, portfolios and mandates without diluting standards.</li><li>Reduce operational risk by tracking domestic compliance, inspections, remedials, void blockers, contractor actions and resident-impacting issues through to completion.</li><li>Support the Group FM and H&amp;S function by converting group standards into practical SFH routines, governance evidence and clear exception reporting.</li><li>Improve consistency across regions by applying common contractor controls, PPM calendars, inspection routines, evidence packs, escalation routes and reporting standards.</li><li>Support resident safety and exceptional living experiences by ensuring FM activity is planned, evidenced, commercially controlled and followed up effectively.</li></ul>For more details and to receive a copy of the job description please send a CV and reach out
