With a collaborative and driven team environment, the firm pride themselves on delivering exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.<h4 class="" >Role Overview</h4>We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Working closely under the leadership of the incredibly experienced Head of Lettings, you will be a key player in driving the success of the department. You'll handle high-value properties, liaise with discerning clients and applicants, and contribute to a strong team-based performance culture.<h4 class="" >Key Responsibilities</h4><ul ><li class="" >Registering and managing applicant enquiries</li><li class="" >Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords</li><li class="" >Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants</li><li class="" >Supporting the progression of deals through to completion</li><li class="" >Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues</li><li class="" >Contributing to the overall performance of the lettings department through pooled commissions</li></ul><h4 class="" >Package &amp; Benefits</h4><ul ><li class="" >Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience </li><li class="" >Guaranteed Commission to reach an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in year one</li><li class="" >Pooled Commission Structure:</li><li class="" >Private Medical &amp; Dental Insurance</li><li class="" >Mobile Phone or Phone Allowance</li><li class="" >Car/Travel Allowance: £3,000 </li><li class="" >Parking Available (if required)</li></ul><h4 class="" >Working Hours &amp; Holidays</h4><ul ><li class="" >Hours: 8:45am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (office-based)</li><li class="" >Holidays:<ul ><li class="" >25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays</li><li class="" >Office closure over Christmas (not guaranteed but historically granted)</li><li class="" >Additional holiday accrued after 3 years of service - 1 extra day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days</li></ul></li></ul><h4 class="" >Who We're Looking For</h4><ul ><li class="" >A driven, personable, and articulate individual with a passion for property</li><li class="" >Previous experience in lettings or a client-facing sales environment preferred</li><li class="" >Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li class="" >Strong attention to detail and organisational ability</li><li class="" >Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset</li></ul>If you would like to be considered for the role please send your CV

About the Role: We are delighted to be recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading, well-established law firm based in Bath.
