The business manages large residential developments across the UK, administering over £20m in client service charge budgets, and has been recognised at the Negotiator Awards and ACE Awards for both its property management and as an employer.</div><div class="_chunkWrapper_6ta1u_30">This role sits within the Client Accounting team and offers genuine ownership of a portfolio of managed estates, with close collaboration alongside Estate Managers, external accountants and clients.</div><div class="_chunkWrapper_6ta1u_30">What makes the role exceptional</div><div class="_chunkWrapper_6ta1u_30">You'll take full responsibility for the client accounting of your own portfolio rather than working in a narrow, transactional pocket of the finance function.
