Business Analyst - Residential PortfolioA fast-growing UK residential property platform - spanning Multi Family, Single Family and PBSA - is looking for a Business Analyst to become the go-to person for portfolio data and performance insight.You'll sit at the heart of a data-led business, turning numbers into decisions. Think: dashboards that actually get used, KPI packs leadership trusts, and analysis that shapes how a growing multi-asset-class portfolio is run.What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Owning data integrity across PMS, CRM and finance systems - building the single source of truth</li><li>Designing and automating dashboards and reporting (Excel now, Power BI on the way)</li><li>Digging into occupancy, leasing velocity, rental variance and operational KPIs - and telling the story behind the numbers</li><li>Partnering across Asset Management, Leasing, Ops and Finance to keep everyone aligned on the same data language</li><li>Driving continuous improvement in reporting systems and data pipelines (Yardi/MRI exposure a bonus)</li></ul>What you'll bring:<ul><li>Strong Business Analyst / data analytics background, ideally from real estate, property or asset management</li><li>Advanced Excel essential; Power BI and Yardi/MRI experience a strong plus</li><li>A sharp eye for detail paired with the commercial instinct to translate data into insight</li><li>Comfortable being the bridge between data, tech and the business</li></ul>This is a brilliant opportunity for an analyst who wants real ownership of the data behind a scaling residential portfolio - not just reporting on performance, but actively shaping it.
