<h1>TEMP Events Coordinator (4-Month Minimum)</h1>Location: London (Fully Office &amp; Site Based) Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 DOE (equivalent day rate available) Contract: Minimum 4-Month Fixed-Term ContractAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Coordinator to join one of London's most recognisable destinations, supporting the delivery of a diverse programme of large-scale public events, brand activations and seasonal campaigns.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in bringing high-profile events to life, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.<h3>The Role</h3>Supporting the end-to-end delivery of an exciting events programme, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Coordinating the planning and delivery of live events and activations.</li><li>Managing event logistics, including production schedules, suppliers, staffing and onsite operations.</li><li>Liaising with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.</li><li>Supporting live event days, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operations run smoothly.</li><li>Assisting with budgets, purchase orders, invoices and general event administration.</li><li>Producing and maintaining operational documentation, event plans and schedules.</li><li>Monitoring event performance and supporting post-event reporting.</li><li>Ensuring all events meet Health &amp; Safety and compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3>We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering memorable experiences.You'll ideally have:<ul><li>Previous experience coordinating live events, experiential activations or public events.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and event logistics.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management systems.</li></ul>Experience within destination marketing, retail, hospitality, placemaking or large public venues would be advantageous but is not essential.<h3>What's on Offer</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile events at one of London's most exciting destinations.</li><li>Exposure to a varied programme of cultural, commercial and seasonal events.</li><li>Competitive salary of £46,000-£50,000 depending on experience (equivalent day rate).</li><li>Minimum 4-month contract with the potential for extension.</li></ul>Please note this is a fully office and site-based position.
